Brickyard Crossing Golf Course will open for the 2011 season Thursday, March 17 – St. Patrick’s Day – and players will receive a great greens fee value throughout March with the opening day “Pay the Temperature” promotion.
The special is simple: The air temperature at a player’s arrival time is their greens fee. If it’s 60 degrees Fahrenheit, a golfer pays $60. Tee times are available starting at 8 a.m. This promotion is available through Thursday, March 31.
The normal greens fee for the 2011 season will remain $90 per player, including a cart equipped with a GPS system.
Many St. Patrick’s Day-themed contests and prizes will be offered at the golf course March 17. One of the highlights will be a ceremonial first tee shot at noon featuring current IZOD IndyCar Series drivers and members of the Hulman-George and Foyt families.
Tee times can be made by calling (317) 492-6417 or online at www.brickyardcrossing.com. Tee times may be made 30 days in advance and must be secured with a major credit card.
Opening Day also will mark the reopening of the newly remodeled Brickyard Crossing Restaurant, featuring a new menu, and new décor and furniture. CIBUS, LLC has created the new menu and will operate the Brickyard Restaurant at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course & Conference Center.
Dining hours will be 11 a.m.-8 p.m. on Opening Day, March 17, with an Irish buffet as the featured menu offering.
